Professor Catrin Tudur Smith

Catrin Tudur Smith is Professor of Medical Statistics at the University of Liverpool. She is interested in methodological research in the areas of clinical trials and evidence synthesis, particularly meta-analysis of individual participant data (IPD). Catrin enjoys working with clinical colleagues on collaborative projects including clinical trials in epilepsy, paediatrics and cancer, and evidence synthesis across a wide range of clinical areas.

Catrin is co-lead for the HDS Evidence Synthesis and HTA research theme and co-director. She is also research lead for HDS and research lead for HDS, representing the Department on the IPH Research and Impact Committee.
