Second-year TMRP DTP student Alice-Maria Toader, based at University of Liverpool has recently had two co-authored articles published.
The use of healthcare systems data for RCTsis available Open Access and examined a cohort of ongoing RCTs and described their planned use of healthcare systems data and patient-reported outcomes. It highlights the increase in HSD use and the evolution of PRO collection methods.
Another article by Alice-Maria Toader and co-authors, Using healthcare systems data for outcomes in clinical trials: issues to consider at the design stage is also Open Access and examined a cohort of ongoing RCTs and described their planned use of healthcare systems data and patient-reported outcomes. It highlights the increase in HSD use and the evolution of PRO collection methods.
