I am based at University of Liverpool interested in the emulation of biomarker-guided trials using big data. This will be done by utilizing the target trial framework, applying both trial design and causal inference methods from randomized trials to the analysis of observational data. I aim to emulate a biomarker-guided trial comparing the use of biomarker-guided strategies to personalize statin treatment.
